Come in person if you can to meet Scouters from both districts to share ideas and events to help your unit’s program to grow even better than it already is! If you feel your unit needs help, Roundtable is the best place to get that help. If you don’t think your unit needs help, another unit can use YOUR insights!

What is happening this month:
The February Roundtable is a Leaders meeting on the relationship between Units and the Territory and in some way the Council. I hope to see those Leaders attend to both share information and gather information for the benefit of all.

Zoom Opportunity at Roundtable
Last month at the leaders meeting, it was shared with all the Unit Leaders, that we as a Territory have lost connection with many of our Fellow Scouters.  Roundtable is a time to create and maintain that connectivity.  While a Zoom meeting can assist in efficiency it does create barriers in effectiveness. In essence, it creates a detachment from the larger group, that personal contact provides. So while we will maintain a Zoom Option it should not be considered as the default. The physical presence of leaders gathering provides a great deal of support, a sense of community, and an enhanced level of learning. So while we encourage the personal attendance, we understand Zoom participation may be the only option for some.
