Introduction to Outdoor Leadership Skills (IOLS) & Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Education (BALOO) IOLS/BALOO are required trying for camping. BALOO is a one-day training course for Cub Camping, IOLS is an overnight focused on older Scout skills. Both are excellent ways to provide the best experience possible for your unit.
