Our Curriculum

Our program combines environmental education and classic outdoor recreation. We offer a Pacific Northwest-inspired curriculum featuring a variety of ready-made lessons in ecology, biology and geology. Our lessons are standards-aligned, drawing from from the best practices and guidance of Next Generation Science and Environmental Sustainability Education Standards, John McCoy (lulilaš) Since Time Immemorial curriculum and multidisciplinary learning.

Recreational Activities Included!

At the Cedar Outdoor School learning does not stop with academics. We believe in using recreational activities like service projects, climbing and our challenge course to promote social-emotional learning and healthy play during your stay at camp.
