Condit Campout & Reunion 2025

In 1999, Boeing Chairman and CEO Phil Condit envisioned a summer fundraiser that would bring friends together in a Scout-like setting, an opportunity to have fun, network, and raise critical funds to expand Scouting to under-resourced youth across the Chief Seattle Council. Thus, The Condit Campout was born.

Since its inception, this event has raised more than $3 million, enabling the council to serve over 100,000 inner-city youth and maintain its status as a national leader among Scout councils.

We invite you to join us for a one-of-a-kind marksmanship experience featuring both classic and unique firearms. Enjoy traditional favorites like standard hunting rifles and shotguns, or test your skills with a .50 Caliber Browning Machine Gun, an AK-47, an AR-15, or a Colt .45 Automatic pistol. You are also welcome to bring your own firearms. The ranch offers shooting stations ranging from 25 to 600 yards. Beyond the range, you’ll have ample opportunities for hiking, relaxation, and guided tours of a working cattle ranch in beautiful Oregon. This is also a unique chance to help shape the future of Chief Seattle Council and Scouting America, whether through planned discussions or informal conversations.

Scout’s Honor—this will be an unforgettable, meaningful, and completely unique experience.
