Come Together: Unite. Learn. Inspire.

Program and Training Conference provides a place for collaboration, unity, fellowship, and shared purpose among leaders and volunteers. “Come Together” emphasizes the collective effort required to deliver a quality Scouting program and achieve the organization’s core aims of character development, leadership, and citizenship training.

Chief Seattle Council’s Program & Training Conference’s area-wide, one stop training for all adults who work within a unit in any role. The all-day conference will features several NEW classes as well as many outstanding opportunities for those for position specific training for Cub, Scout, Venturing, and Sea Scout leaders and advisors, as well as fun and educational topic that the scouting community is passionate about.

2026 Additions: 

• Full Day Day Camp Session for Cub Scouts (specifically for youth while their adult partners attend classes)
• Den Chief Training offered for eligible Scouts
