The Grand Columbia Territory Service Area comprises the former Grand Columbia Council borders including Basalt Coulee, Highlands, and Simcoe Mountains districts. We share a single committee to support all the units in our territory related to Membership, Finance, & Unit Service. The Grand Columbia Territory came together in September for their first annual Friends of Scouting Breakfast with the Mayors. The communities came together with more than 70 guests and raised over $7000 to support Scouting! The event was supported by committee members including David Kazemba, Jeffrey Sutton, Charles McGuffey, along with other local volunteers and sponsors.
