The Grand Columbia Territory Service Area comprises the former Grand Columbia Council borders including Basalt Coulee, Highlands, and Simcoe Mountains districts. We share a single committee to support all the units in our territory related to Membership, Finance, & Unit Service. If you are interested in learning more about Scouting, please contact or visit one of the Cub Scout Packs, Scouts BSA Troops, Venturing Crews, or Exploring Posts in our community. You can find them at Be A Scout.
