National Youth Leadership Training is 6-days of incredible activities, challenges and fun that promotes essential leadership skills. Skills that they want to grow in their academic and personal lives. As they learn how to lead themselves and others effectively, they are charting the course for future challenges. Baloo & IOLS Training Offered

Introduction to Outdoor Leadership Skills (IOLS) & Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Education (BALOO) IOLS/BALOO are required trying for camping. BALOO is a one-day training course for Cub Camping, IOLS is an overnight focused on older Scout skills. Both are excellent ways to provide the best experience possible for your unit. Introduced in 1931, The Silver Beaver Award is the council-level distinguished service award of the Boy Scouts of America. We ask you to think about the amazing volunteers that make a difference to youth in your Territory and nominate the registered Scouter who has made an impact on the lives of youth through service.
